I think you're going to be very pleased and honestly I'd be surprised if you weren't. But we'll see, the proof will be in your own personal assessment of the product. Personally I won't use anything else. Hope it meets your expectations and vendicates my recommendation.

You have the old style knife mount. I have a 14X40 precision tool room lathe with quick release dovetail mount.

All my rigs are purpose built. From crawling to camping. I also enjoy a nice stock truck for what that’s worth. Toyota’s are the jam!
Yup, I should have taken pics of the other old schools. Like the big as Lagun Mill!

I thought it was pretty easy. Drop the truck off at the spa. Walk across the parking lot to the bar&grill with the best deep-dish pizza around. Wash it down with a couple of beers. After an hour, walk back and pick up the truck.

Quick suggestion: Use butyl tape to seal up the front gaps instead of those OEM plugs. The plugs are useless, and are a waste of money! At least if you live in a wet climate.

I use to drop mine off at the body shop twice a year to be waxed and walk across the street to the Moose Lodge and drink slop till my truck was finished. That was back in the 1990's when I was working on the river for $195.00 a day. I'm disabled now and no longer can afford such luxuries.

Tacoma has 300 miles on it now. Haha! Removed the B pillar vinyl. Did not ever want to deal with it aging and becoming more difficult to get off. Plus I like how it looks more. 849F990E-B579-4547-BF92-FB82FE330D75.jpg

Alright doll-face, c'mon and bore me!
I lead a pretty frugal existence (another way of saying "I'm cheap."). Bought my Coma used because I just couldn't bring myself to spend a bit more for new (would have been a first). I figure I can be nice to myself a couple of times a year. It was $40 + gratuity for a hand wash and wax, and they cleaned the inside of the windows and tidied up the the interior for no extra charge.

Did you take the collinite wax to the detail shop? or do they use collinite already? $40 isn't a bad price, it takes me forever to finish waxing now due to tendentious.

    Thanks

I called first and asked if they would use paste wax I was providing and they said "No problem.". The default was some type of Meguiar's.

New tires this morning...I know I'll probably get hated on a bit but they are the new Les Schwab AT tire: Open Range A/T. I'm not really in the market for an LT rated tire so I felt these fit the bill perfectly, plus my local Schwab manager is really awesome and I've dealt with him for years.

No hate here. Nice looking tires and if they fit the bill for what you need and you like them congrats. These have been on my radar a little because my family and I have used Les Schwab for years. Where I grew up they were about the only tire shop around for quite a while.
