Recommendations on camping LED floods for bed rack

Did a few searches and didn't quite find what I was looking for. I want to set up a couple of LED floods that would mount to my bed rack to give some ambient lighting for around the truck while camping. Main thing is I don't want to blind myself or any surrounding neighbors and most LED floods you find do exactly that.

Would prefer something low profile, obviously waterproof, and on an adjustable mount so I can change the projection angle if needed. Definitely want them to be flood lights, not spot lights.

Any ideas? Pictures of your setups welcomed as well!
