    At my daughters school. Its a very small parking lot that gets really busy at pickup time. There is plenty of room for 2 vehicles to park without sticking past the building. Next time I'm just gonna park in front of this lady so she can't leave.

    Saw this last night it had a placard, and they may have had a legitimate reason for having the plackard and parking there.

    At first look, parking in a handicap space, with a bike carrier, and a access ladder for your roof rack. Kinda makes you look like an asshole.

    It is good looking truck though.

    I too have looked at certain vehicles with a questioning eye. Then I had to take care of my MIL for a week. We drove around and ran errands in my truck, parked in handi with her permit placard.

    I know people who do the same, it's one of those at first glance things. That was the only vehicle in the row of about ten HC spaces. I figured they'd park closer to the door.

    Certain states the placard has to match the registration, for it to be a completely legal park, and the HC individual has to be present.

    I suppose their could be placards that aren't assigned to certain vehicles.
