I'm not chasing anymore, but I'd like a bit more quality. We'll see what I can get done these last 7 years. I may have to settle for a few trips per year out here for hunting and fishing. There's still quite a bit around base and the surrounding areas north and west.

Just seen the local weather guesser saying rain and cooler for tomorrow...good thing I brought my heavy jacket.

I'm on the lap top now so I see it all. My phone is the same way I have to turn it sideways. I think Andy likes it less when I am on the laptop I don't make as many typos for him to pick at.

    Hey folks -

Another long day, not much time to check in around here... just got back home after visiting Dad. Dunno how some of y'all handle all the parental medical activity. I'm not the best in hospitals, no matter who's in there - myself included. No questioning the caliber of the medical industry in this town though; with one kid recently in the amazing Lurie Children's and now with the old man at U of C, I've seen some of the best there is. So that's encouraging. I mean, almost 10,000 people work there. That's quite a system.

    IMG_4931.jpg

Heck of a view out the window too, although it's a little hazy today.

    IMG_4941.jpg

I've seen this view from a lot of different angles, but this is a new one for me. Another long day tomorrow - specifically for those laid up in a hospital bed. Take care, all.
