This guy less things to do while wheeling! Plus I've driven a manuals for like 25 yrs since I first learned to drive a 3 on the tree. I am spoiled. I have only owned about 20 auto cars/trucks out of over 100

I’m with you. That 6MT is fun as hell to drive, especially with a short shifter

Yeah, all depends. For me my truck is my play toy and my DD is for everything else, including sitting in plenty of traffic for an hour at a time. That gets old real quick in a manual

I’m more worried about the clock spring/spiral cable assembly honestly

That’s what the straps are for! It won’t take you more than an hour to do everything. It’s seriously super easy

I'm catching up on emails right now, and I just read one that says they are starting "Cleaning Stations" here MWF and that they want the civilians to participate so the sailors dont feel singled out by cleaning their "immediate areas" which means just their desks. This is some bullshit where the 30 sailors that work in this building are going to end up cleaning up after the 400 civilians that work in here. This is some straight up bullshit.

Got a link to the thread to purchase the hubs? I must be an anomaly, but I have 123k miles on mine and still counting...I know I probably will need both sides in the not so distant future.

I don't know how big you need, but the roto molded lifetime ones are legit and are under $100.

My only regret is not going MT in my Taco. At the time I had driven a MT Cavalier, and was tired of shifting all the time. Little did I know I would come to miss the immersive driving experience a MT provides!
