Only bring good food when going with a group - solo camping I stick to simple shit that doesn’t require cleanup

I eat chicken most of the time. Big white meat breast.
So I can indulge from time to time. Blood pressure is on point, and I'm healthy as ever.
I stopped eating out lost 10 lbs

I just make sure I burn off the fats I eat. If you body needs to use it for energy, it really doesn't matter what you eat as it wont stick around long enough to do any damage. From there I just need to watch my intake of toxins.

So in other words, my life is all ribeyes and pork bellies.... :hungry:

oh yeah and eating ass at home :amen:

Not really. New job I sit all day.
I need to start working out again, before I get soft.
To add I never felt bad before, but I did have a spike it blood pressure and colessteral. Not sure I spelled that right. My poops have been healthier. Lol

Not enough to have a build thread.
You should come climbing with me. It's a workout I actually enjoy. Not like pushing iron. Seriously pumps up the forearms for chicken choking.

I hear you on that. I spend half my day sitting in front of a computer and half my day running around.
I also ran into high cholesterol and slightly high blood pressure. I used to exercise somewhat regularly which is what helped along with diet...I just gotta get back into a routine.

Climbing is super fun. You should go with FirstTimeFirstGen.
That's the trick - Find an activity where working out is a by-product. Not the the workout itself. I like mountain biking, I kinda stopped climbing but also backpacking and hiking etc.

I need to start climbing again, I've gotten soft and pudgy. If anyone in the East Bay is looking for someone to go with let me know, I'm not far from the Touchstone gym in Oakland, or could even do the one in Berkeley some days.

At least I've been going to frisbee pickup in Alameda, which is good for cardio, but I seem to injure myself a lot.
