^ Great, it should be a good day. A few of my buddies are coming down to fish, so if you want to you are welcome to fish as well. Its going to be a really really hot day, 91 degrees. I am bringing my quads, so you'll be able to view a little more of the property.

Sweet. I do not have the patience to fish but I enjoy riding quads.
I miss mine! It was just a Yamaha Blaster but it was so much fun.

i am still classified as a maybe.

ugh. i hated therapy. only consolation was that most of the women that worked at the therapist's office were like 7's or higher :D i went twice a week for a month and a half when i had sciatica. degenerative disk disease...so they say...i say, i need a backiotomy! the therapy did help me though. i am so buying a cyborg spine when they become available. i've worn out the OEM stuff in 3 decades( i was actually about 20 when problems first started)...time to go aftermarket! :p

Like you, I dont fish either, no patience to sit there and wait for a fish to find your hook in the middle of the lake. Sorry, that is boring to me, but my friends seem to enjoy it. Quads are fun to ride around the property and you can go just about anywhere. I used to have a Yamaha Raptor 660, which was a really fun quad to ride. It had a ton of power, almost to much power. For the kind of riding I do, the Raptor just wasn't fun to ride. I never got stuck, but it was always a challange to keep up with the 4x4 utility quads.

If you do decide to come down just let me know. I'm going to go pick the quads up on Saturday morning around ten. By the time I load them up and leave my house it should be around 12ish. I know I probably wont be down there till around 12:30/1:00.

    cool.

my 4wheeler is a Grizzly 660...but i ride it like it's a Raptor :D i thought i needed a utility style bike, but it turned out i shoulda bought a sport bike. i'm still on the fence as to wether or not i wanna bring it down if i make it. i won't be able to use my dad's trailer, so i'll have to put that big sombich in the bed to haul it...which i don't really like doing...we'll see. hell, i ain't rode it since February when one of my buddies bought a '77 snowmobile. we had us some fun!

I have been thinking about getting another 4 wheeler latley. Been thinking of getting a warrior to play around with. I rode a raptor those are pretty mean. When I worked at a Yamaha dealer I got to try out all the new bikes and quads! I miss that!

I haven't riden mine since November. I have a 650 Can-Am Outlander. It is a pain in th ass to put in the bed. Its wider than the wheel wells and too long to shut the tailgate. I almost got a Grizzly but the Can-Am dealer made me a deal that Yamaha couldn't beat. It would be cool if you could come down and check out the place Saturday, but just let me know.

That would be awesome if you did buy one. I'd have someone to ride with. I'm sure if you kept an eye on CL you could find someone who was selling a warrior pretty cheap. People are always selling there quads on there when they need cash. Working at a Yamaha dealership would be my dream job, I'd actually want to go to work.

man, i would look for a Suzuki Z400 instead of the warrior. i like Yammy's, but the warrior is heavy and big...look at the Z400s, i see used ones going pretty cheap all the time.

i have never gotten to check out a CanAm in person...no dealers around here. that 800 sport/utitlity thing they have looks awesome! does your's have the trailing arm rear susension?

No mine is a Traxter which has the solid rear axel, it came out the year before the Outlander, thats why I got such a good deal on it. We bought 2 Can-Am's in 2006. Mine was a brand new 2005 model, and the 500 my Dad bought was used at a Demo at the KY Speedway. We bought 2 (1 Brand new, one slightly used bother 2005 models) for the price of the Grizzly. That was the only reason we bought the Can-Am. I really wanted a Grizzly or the newer Can-Am Outlander.

sweet! i had to drive to westbygodvirginia when i bought mine new in '02...no dealers around here wanted to deal. i saved $500 by driving 60 miles.

my only complaint i have had with the Grizz is that she runs hot. not enough air gets to the motor and if it starts to overheat, it will vaporlock. i'm sure the newer fuel injected ones do not have that issue...other than that, it's been tough as nails. my belt is in need of replacing...it's not toast yet...but it's worn. bad part is, i've had a new belt for it since last Dec and haven't put it on yet

you ever been to Hatfield McCoy trails in WV? if not, i HIGHLY recommend you check it out sometime. i think they have over 500 miles of trails now. if you go at the right time of year when an event is going on, you can drive your 4wheeler around the towns like a car :) one of the trail runs we did took us over the kentucky line to get gas (trail was long enough to run you out) at a gas station in a little town just over the border. it was an awesome trip, cept it was damn cold camping in those deep mountain valleys

When I first bought by quad it was nothing but problems. The Speedo, back brake, kept over heating, and front axle. After those problems were fixed it seems to be running ok. Haven't had any problems with it other than those at the beginning. I haven't ever been to the Hatfield trails but would really like to go. It seems that all my friends that had quads a few years ago sold them when they got married. Therefore I'm pretty much the only person with a quad. Thats really why I dont ride it that often. A few years ago when my buddy had a dirt bike we went to the Ride Royal Blue ATV park it TN. It was ok, nothing was challanging enough for me though. It was mostly just gravel roads. We went at the end og Aug, and it was really hot and dusty. It wasn't at all a challange for me which made it boring. That and my buddy broke the front axle on my dad's quad which really had a way of changing my mood. He ended up fixing it, and I should have known not to let his ride it. I kept telling him to not hit the rocks with the front end to hard or it was going to brake the axle/tie rod. He didn't listen and it broke the second day about an 3 hours into the trail.
