    Active day at work as news of the sale of our comnpany to our biggest competetor..asumming ok by trade commision Quad Graphics will buy LSC communications mid 2019.ive known about it but now is public knowledge.not sure my out come but will be 55 in March with 36 yrs service..these new people working here dont even know what our co. is or does and could care less as a whole,, but us older guys do!!Time will tell!were the ones who ran record amounts of books on out dated equip.and survived the E-book crap,

    Thank you for posting, i read that one this morning!when E-books came out it hurt print,there was more capacity then books to print so our co. was buying smaller co.,s and would keep what they liked and close the rest(big business is a dirty game)to reduce competative capacity.2 yrs ago RRD divided into 4 individual traded companys so writing was on the wall.along with reduced re investment into print.this time we were bought !
