So, about to hit up the NTB in Sterling for some BFGoodrich KO2's. I was just thinking of running 265/75/16, which should fit my SR5 stock suspension as close as possible without any rubbing, yeah? Lift will come Q1, I just need better tires than these crap ones I am running atm. They have 'em in stock, and are willing to match my Costco price of $750 for the whole switch-out haha.

 

You can also run 255/85r16 or 255/80r16 on stock suspension without rubbing! As long as you’re on stock wheels. They’re taller but selection is limited

I just ordered a vinyl cutter so I hopefully will be able to make some stickers after this week.

 

I’m in the same boat. Ran over the same bump 3-4 times to make sure I wasn’t hearing shit. Damn it.

 

That’s just part of the Tacoma’s soundtrack. I tried fluid film a few times but it always comes back so I just said fuck it.

Mine is squeaking since last weekend as well.

 

You could do what i did, pull the spring packs out, apart and line each leaf with a plastic leaf spring liner. That will make it stop squeaking for (i kid you not) days....Like 4 whole days....

 

Man, I’m a lucky SOB. My truck is pretty damn quiet in regards to squeaks.

 

Mine sounds awful and I soak my leafs with fluid film.

 

What’s crazy is I have Dakar’s and they’re notorious for squeaking. Guess I just got really lucky.

 

Whats your address again randy? And you said you do have the heavy dakars, right?
