Kansas City Tacoma Crew - 816/913

Found a 2011 Sport similar to mine but with more options. About to head and look at it now.

They are willing to pay off my current loan so I can take on that one.

 

WooHoo!! A weekend I’m finally at home! Count me in!

 

The truck I looked at yesterday was pretty clean. Frame looked good, interior real clean. More options than what I have on my PreRunner now.

What it has that PreRunner doesnt:
4WD
No chrome! Bumpers are color matched.
Tow package

Should be able to pick it up later today, it got a little late last night to do anything further. Truck looks identical to mine with the exception of the hood scoop. Wanted a hood scoop cause they do look pretty bad ass. Would put some little LED lights in them.

 

I felt the same way. Didn't like the look. I'll probably end up building my own anyway.

Not this weekend though, most likely going to parents and doing moving. House is closing on the 8th.

 

Should I or shouldn't I: $800 for a Pelfreybilt Hybrid front bumper in excellent condition.
My pros and cons are about even. Had a close call with a deer this morning that makes me worried about the "damage enhancer" I currently have on the front.

 

They aren't being made anymore if I heard correctly. So if you like the style and it appears cheap, jump on it.

Hey won't be able to go to Tuttle this weekend. Forgot we had a prior engagement.

 

Over in my neck of the woods. I'll be over at Legends today picking up my truck, hopefully. Been driving this Highlander for 3 days.

My first morning drive with her. I think it drives better than my PreRunner.

Finally sold my OEM wheels and tires today. I only had to knock $50 off the original asking price but came out of it alright.

 

Birthday gift from my girlfriend. Guess what's in the box.

I also get my truck back this morning.
