Pressing In Whiteline Bushings. Any Advice?

    I have new Moog LCA's and got the Moog bushings out in just a few minutes with some heat and a bottle jack, thanks to @Crom writeup. Now it's time to press in the new Whiteline bushings in. I have some adapter sleeves from a ball joint install kit that fit over the Whiteline bushing rubber to press the outer metal sleeve and a shop press at work. I know it's a pretty tight fit; any advice for those that did it themselves?

    Put the bushing in the freezer and heat up the LCA with a blow torch should help.

    Just to make sure, I should not push on the rubber, only the outer metal sleeve when installing, right?

    6inch lift sitting on bilstein coilovers. Lexus is300 studs in front to keep stock wheels, general grabber red letters, nfab front bumper.
    Some grease helps too
