you do know the Cab is what needs the vin right? if i were you id find one out of state to avoid the cali issues. lol

 

if the parts are not NLA, but The VIN is the issue. toyota will not issue a new vin

 

Vins are easy, just get a salvage title one from a rolled truck

local junkyard has a 96 reg cab sitting...make your truck a extra long bed

 

I want a ext cab. I plan to flat bed so I need the extra space
