I wonder how hard it would be to get the SMG unit on the mr2 spyders to work on a truck trans... those transmissions were weird.. automaticaly controlled clutch, but you still had to shift.

You can actually be issued a new VIN through the California BAR. I believe you’d register it as construction of a vehicle using existing parts. Keep all the receipts and proof of origin and you may have a fighting chance.

why would he buy a rolled truck for the cab... the rolled truck would be parts. he just needs to find a cab with a title

yea look it up its weird. Semi automatic gearbox in hte 3rd gen mr2s, slow upshifts. but it down shifts pretty good
