    I think this is what's up with mine. Replaced the drums and shoes last year, and tightened the cable. It'll hold on small inclines, but not on anything steep.

    Yeah, get in there carefully w/some spray and see if the lever is stuck to itself..then like Drew's saying get that star wheel adjusted...

    Funny, I replaced my e-brake cable the other day after breaking it on the ENH run, worked fine for a few days then the cable decided to bunch itself up when releasing the handle and pushed back in. I tried greasing it and wiggling it around to seat better, to no avail.... frustrating. It doesn't help that the only way to get to it is on your back on the driver floor mat! feel like I'm doing yota yoga

My name is Ronan I have a basically bone stock black 98 xcab TRD 5speed and I live in central MA.     Got to put this out there kids, I'll be heading up to Northwest Maine 11/10 coming home 11/ 18 if anyone needs anything moved back or forth let me know keep in mind truck will be loaded with some hunting equipment won't be able to move bumper sized stuff
