Naaa, I went with Bilstein 6112s & 5160s, JBAs and a HS 3 leaf AAL.

Ha I was joking. That seems to be a good set-up how do you like it? I am saving up for some 5100s but knocked up the ol lady so truck stuff slowed down a bit!

 

What's wrong with the stick family? Sometimes when you combine a couple of those it just seems to work!
This is what I had on my 4Runner.

 

I haven't tested it off road yet but there are some RR Tracks, a single track, that is raised like nearly 12" so essentially a hump, and the road they are on is a hill, so it is a "bench" because the train needs to be vertical, not slanted, and I am testing the limits of the setup on these every time I use the truck to commute to work.

I am up to 45 mph now and the truck stays very planted and is as smooth as my Lexus es300h. Before the upgrade I could get air in the back at only 30 mph.

Bridge deck joints on the skew at over 65 mph and the back end doesn't kick off to the side anymore.

Pot holes and broken up road surface don't force me to slow down any more.

I also removed the anti sway bar so I should have more articulation. There is some roll but not noticeable enough on the twisties to worry. I drive very spirited.

I finished the last MOD yesterday! She is completed.

 

So my sky high Friday bubble popped didn't get job in Georgetown. Went with someone who has more senioritysome bs union rule!! As a union rep I am going to be relentless in changing this policy. Should goto the best qualified applicant which I was told by the manager I was.
