    Hey guys,

I'm currently in the process of getting some new rims and tires. I know I want to get the SCS F5's with BFGoodrich KO2 in 285/75/r16. However I just need to know your guys' opinion on the backspacing and offset. What works well for you guys and what do you guys recommend? Have any of you had experiences with what F5 size work well?

    My options:
    BS: 3.5 Offset -25mm
    or
    BS: 4.5 Offset: +0mm

Both rims will be 16x8 with a bolt pattern of 6x139.7.

I have a 2018 Tacoma TRD OR with a 3 in. suspension lift on my car.

    Thank you,
    Ray

    a lot
if you like poke the -25 will have a nicer stance but you'll have to do more trimming than with 0 offset.

Bs 4.5 and 0 offset works best.

For the least amount of cutting / “issues”, I suggest the 0 offset.

If you dont mind a little “extra work”, then Id go with the -25.

    Is a CMC necessary?

It would be advised if you plan on touching dirt with your truck.

honestly, I would go with the 16x8 with -25 offset. a CMC is needed and trimming of the fender liner possibly depending on the tire you will be running. I am on Falken MT01's and i rubbed on the front liner. I raised my suspension to 2.75 inches of lift and i no longer rub + I have CMC and +4 caster set to prevent rubbing from the rear.. also I am running Fend-X liners and my clearance at full lock is about 3 inches up front as well. i will be running 315/75/R16 in the near future as soon as these 285's are worn out. Put in the little bit of extra work in order to fit the BS 3.5 -25 offset in the F5's. you'll be glad you did because the stance looks great.. much better than having 0 offset.. it looks A LOT more aggressive...
