Tech industry is already growing in places like Austin, Seattle, etc etc. Sure one day it’ll die down, but I think that industry will always remain at some level.

And Christ almighty is owning a company here expensive. I’m looking at $998 for an LLC, or about $800 for an S-Corporation.

Californian's move there during the Spring and buy houses and start lives, then the first 3" of snow fall and they pack up and move back to Irvine complaining about how terrible other states are. thankfully y'all are weak and that is keeping places like MT, WY, and most of CO safe

Tech industry has been a Seattle thing for almost as long as it has in Cali, but yeah Austin is catching up fast

There’s a whole lotta nothing in those first two states.

People hate California so much, but there is so much to do here.

Please keep thinking that! Tell other Californians that, hell buy a billboard and I'll help you design it. Spread the word to all the Avocado toast munching, vegan eating, free bleeding, gluten free Cali citizens. Last thing we want is any of them going to those states.

I'll give Cali that, it is a great place to visit. Couldn't ever live there again, but I can sure visit.

I don’t blame you. Once you leave California, most people never come back.

The weather is mostly overrated. A number of people seem to think everyone lives on the coast. The rest of the state is hot as fuck for at least five months out of the year. The coast well it's not much better it's not always sunny because of that pesky thing called the marine layer.

Opportunity well that's also overrated, the state ranks below Alabama in K-12 education. The housing costs are some of the highest in the nation. The state also excels in promoting poverty.

There's a reason why I tossed my old box and doors in the trash. Fixing rust sucks and it's a rabbit hole that you don't want to go down.

Doors suck to fix. Body panels though not so much.

But I’m getting new genders doors and a left side bedside

I would just source a dry state bed if you could. The beds on these trucks have too many areas for rust and salt to hide.
