Bilstein coilovers with a top plate or OME coils in the front
AAL or a new leaf pack in the rear.
Shocks do not add lift. They only accomadate for it.

Just noticed you are a pre so you could also have the option to get a 4" spindle lift in the front

    OME lift
I have Ome 885's and the nitro sports in the front and a aal in the back. It rides a bit stiffer but totally worth it.

You can't lift with just shocks. In the front you need an adjustable coilover (Bilstein, SAW, Leeper, etc) or a lift coil (ie: OME) and in the rear you need to lift with an AAL (Add A Leaf) or a completely new leaf pack.
