    Cap steak with Pitfaced rub cooked to 138 then 10 min. rest. Anaheim pepper stuffed with cheddar and shrimp wrapped in bacon and rub. Scallops cooked in bacon grease, wrapped in bacon of course. And King Crab with a little twice baked potato and cream cheese. Topped with cheddar.

    Think I will stick a couple of chickens on a spinning stick tomorrow and see how they turn out with the rub. Liking it so far.

    Good morning everyone, what time is it, what day is it, is it still November? Oh yeah the clocks fell back an hour. Like everything in life there is good and bad to daylight savings. Right now it feels mostly bad, go to work in the dark, come home in the dark :annoyed:. In Michigan we see so much less sunshine this time of the year, depressing.
