leaves to wet to do anything with. suppose to rain all week

 

Funny thing about it when your total yearly accumulation is on pace to smash yearly record....It's wet ALL the time, even when it's dry.

Funny thing about being in a record ANYTHING and anticipating "normal".

@ work. (Begrudgingly) I love my job....for about 8 more months....

 

About 3 years ago, the "city" where I live (less than 12,000 pop) paid to have the main drag paved. Pavement did hold up. Long story short, they're grinding it up and re-paving, starting this past Friday. They're done grinding, now doing finishing stages of cleaning up and prepping for asphalt.

In as few words as needed, The streets are a freeking dirty wet mess. This time last week, the truck was covered with mud from Black Mountain. It will take only slightly less effort to clean up #streetshit. There's a lesson to be learned there.

 

Since the beginning of hunting season our weather has just plainly sucked.
My only day to go out and it has rained on that day every week.
Next week forecast don’t matter cause I’m working sat. Oh it’s supose to rain.

 

3 saltine crackers, a diet pepsi, and a hand full of peanuts.

This is my world today.

 

Meds,migraine shot ,2 aleve and black coffee is my breakfast

 

Not only have we had a lot of rainy weather, it's rained HARD on many occasions. We're had multiple 4"-5" events. We're on pace to double "average".

I hate BOTH time changes. "Fall back" is not as bad as "Spring forward" but change in my routine sucks in any form. That said, 8 hours in and we're surviving. Now I'm gonna want lunch about 9:30...

Good Morning

Rain and wind today, it's snowing up north. Weatherman says we may have snow on the ground here wensday.

The thing I don't like is the" fall back". With deer hunting now I have to get up earlier to beat the sunrise. With working second shift I don't notice the change the rest of the year.
Wife hates coming home in the dark. I have to remember to turn porch light on when I go to work.
