I know some of us on here are fans of derping the badges, so I have an opinion question. What do ya'll think about color matching the derp to the body color, instead of black?

Gave mine its third rain bath in 5 days. Love the free undercarriage power wash.

It would surely tone them down to where they'd be almost invisible. Personally I don't mind the "small" chrome accents. However the chromed bumper end caps on mine are history.
When it comes to mods make it your own and don't worry about what someone else thinks. It's your ride, what do you want it to look like?

My thoughts are that would be a little difficult and probably wouldn’t look very good. At least I’m not a fan of color matched badges if they can match the color

I personally don't like color matched anything (including bumpers). I would go with black. Jmo.

agree with this. of course my truck is white with all black trim so that's an easy one. i also had the color matched bumper caps in white and i changed them out to the black SR5 ones and it looks so much better. plus that black on the caps matches the black in the Pro taillights. before it just looked wonky to me.

I don’t think it’ll stand out much. Maybe just remove the badges if going that route.

So that's how you got your name? You just painted it black and it seemed legit.

Predators are well made, sturdy and lightweight. 3 bolt install per side and you can do it yourself in about 30 mins. or less. Helps getting in and out especially if you or someone else is short and at the same time offers some door ding protection and they look good. If you're into more serious off roading go with sliders.
I have Predators and am very happy with them. They work fine for my on and off road needs but I'm a hard core hunter and fisherman not a rock crawler.

This is awesome! How hard was it to put on, do you have to be experienced or just careful?

Installed an LED replacement cab light from @mesojdm. Really easy, plug and play. I highly recommend it.

I have had this issue on an ongoing basis with mine. Toyota keeps updating the software.

There is no rhyme or reason to when it happens, but all related to bluetooth. I will take a call and the head unit resets back to factory settings. I'll try to call and the head unit resets. Then it doesn't happen for a week, and then two calls in a row.

Occasionally, when I play something through bluetooth.. it's garbled and skips like I am playing a record while driving on a rumble strip.

Frustrating that they can't fix it.
