    Pros:
    • The dual swing out give you shorter clearance for any obstacles behind you to be able to open the swingouts and the tailgate
    • Less stress on the pivot bearings due to reduces weight per side (a minor issue really if at all)
    • Aesthetics (opinion)
    Cons:
    • More moving parts= more opportunities for failure
    • Added weight of more steel in the rear (again minor difference)
    • Fold down table option becomes almost non-existent due to reduced length on each swingout.

You can probably add a small table but it might not be worth it. Although using the tailgate you can make perfect windscreens out of the dual swing outs and still have a good cooking prep area.

IMO fold down tables aren't really practical on a dual swing. The tail gate is too close when the shorter swings are open.

not at all the place for those lol. @ChadsPride those plates are for the extra bracing, the square ones slide into the from and act as a washer for the bottom side bolts and the oval ones go on the inside of the frame next to the motor for the braces and act as a washer.

lol bro those are not where those go and if anything gave you a poor fit with leverage areas now. I recommend moving them as there should be zero gap between bumper and truck frame.

ya no those go in the bottom bolt inside the frame, act as a washer. Your pic of the single nut inside the front frame rail has a good opportunity to pull right through with leverage like that and no washer.

It may not move much bc looking at the previous pictures you kinda bent the wings with the bolts sandwiching that plate in there, they may flatten out when you tighten it up or pound them back then tighten them to the bumper.

Ha no worries just don’t want you to tweak your frame. I had the same question as chad as where those go lol. Be I have the side braces also like him

Ya there was a link to someone in this thread like 30-40 pages back about exact placing of them.
