Why does he just have shells to eject? Those things are expensive. Firing a shotgun is good fun though, just the absolute most iconic gun feel and just about anyone can figure it out well enough to hit a target at the range their first time

California passed a new BS law going in in 2019 though so you will now need to get a background check to buy ammo, and you'll go into a database for what you bought and how much. Huge pain in the ass

    A nap sounds nice.

I’m still fighting this Kohler toilet. The builders put in a tone ring that has welded studs, and they’re corroded. Trying to chase the threads to get it to accept a nut again.

I think that’s the only time he ever uses it. To scare people away. He’s a friendly old man who doesn’t take kindly to people loitering.

Kohler's are nice, if you have a cutting tool for a Dremel you can cut flutes in the threads of the nut and it'll make a way better thread chaser

Any idea of a price that I should list them for? $300? $400? $500? I'm kinda clueless for now.

My city has a rebate program if you install a low flow toilet. The lowest-bid manufacturer Mannheim toilet that was original flushed at a rate of 3.4 gallons. This new one flushes at only 1.4 gallons. The rebate is like $200, so basically I was paid $30 to change the toilet. Haha.

I did a few of these types of things when PSE was offering similar rewards. I don't really like doing toilets but if you get a quality one like that Kohler then you don't even notice its a low flow.

That's a great trick, done that on nuts & bolts many times. Heck some OEM automotive bolts already come with slits on them.

Then I bought a thread restoring kit. I love this kit, has saved me headaches so many times over the years. Well worth it.

It’s a great toilet, it’s the Highline model. Looks great and feels great compared to that shitty one with the plastic seat Standard-Pacific installed. I installed the same one in my bathroom.
