ive test drive one without a sunroof and I’m fine but I just left a dealership and sat in a Tacoma with a sunroof and I have zero head room. So is it possible to order what I am wanting?

I didn’t talk to a sales person. They were busy and I couldn’t wait

As @shakerhood stated, it is not possible.

I faced the exact same situation as I had only 1" of headroom with the Moonroof in a 2019 TRD Off-Road 4x4 DCSB w/ Tech & Premium Packages, which was not acceptable for me.

Speaking to sales reps as well as inventory managers/directors, I understood that in fact Toyota does not allow custom configuration of their 'Optional Packages' any longer (it seems they did some time ago).

I initially desired the Moonroof as well as the Toyota Softex 'Leather' Seats, however, I did not necessarily care for the Dual-Zone Automatic Climate Control, upgraded JBL Sound System, Heated Front Seats (I live in SoCal) nor the Automatic Headlights.

What I chose to do in the end was to 'special order' a 2019 TRD Off-Road 4x4 (in the specification I wanted) with the optional Technology Package (I was ok with foregoing the Moonroof), and decided to install, through the dealer, Katzkin leather upholstery. I will be installing an upgraded sound system down the line.

In the end (given such an obstacle), a certain compromise will have to be had and for me personally, fitment/comfort/safety was crucial (especially with an off-road machine) and so I found a way to make it work out in the end.

    Best of luck to you.

Yea it’s sucks, I wanted the dual climate and leather with no sunroof. Unfortunately Toyota, like most manufacturers tell you the options you like and don’t allow any changes to their packages.

No joke. I love my Clazzios. Look and feel like they were installed at the factory.

I wish I could pick and choose the colors and features I want via toyota.com, then have it delivered to my home.

I got in a 19 off-road today with the premium package and played with the seat for awhile and it seems ok now. I think I will order one with the premium package.

That right there is why I elected to get a 2018 Pro instead of the 2020. All the interior add ons without the reduced headroom from the sunroof.

That's what I did, added some heated leather seats from Clazzio, Toyota style switches. I too wanted leather, could care about zoned AC bullshit. We have it on our Lexus and it's a waste. I also didn't want a sunroof, Toyota leather is never been very good over the years.
