@Sloth Did you do the H3X this past weekend? Thought you had mentioned possibly doing it a couple months back.

O my credit score just freaked out a bit. Not sure on the smurf blue, but a manual TRD Pro ooooo now that is tempting

Has anyone seen a voodoo in the wild yet? They're treating these like unicorns and not letting people test drive them anywhere I've been. Which is funny because 2 years ago I test drove about 3 pros

So I’m staring at it, it’s in their show room but probably one of those can only drive it if you buy it, or put a deposit down at least. So they don’t pull it out for everyone that wants to do a spin. It is def a bright look at me blue. Like even in person thing looks “fake” haha I’m not sure if the color would grow on me or not

I think someone in marketing is just trying to hype one of the most expensive mini-trucks around by making it seem prescious

One thing I have noticed is they have a color or 2 every year so far that is a Pro only color and then the next year is available in the Off-road trucks and such and they have a new Pro only color

Saw it at the past NYIAS. It's solid, but sticks way above the roofline...I'd have to chop it a bit if it were me. Still, I like that they're selling it with the snorkel...seems like a good option going forward so as to not have to drill through the fender yourself.

Yeah it’s not that bad. It seems it sits so high cause they mount it to the roof rail mount on top. But for and finish is real nice on it

Will add though it’s worth the money to me (if I wanted to put a snorkel on it) since it’s now warrantied, I didn’t have to drill the hole in the side, and it says TRD on it haha

I didn't end up doing it. By the time we got our asses in gear to register it would have been like $350. And im doing a fitness cult competition this upcoming weekend, and those type events (H3x, Ultra etc..) typically destroy me for a few weeks afterwards

So sitting here in the show room you see how many ppl walk up to this PRO see the sticker price and shake their heads. It really is a enthusiast (or poser) kind of truck. And lot of ppl don’t seem to understand the “why” about it

They are running some decent deals on 2018s I have to say I’m back at the dealer on Friday, they found I was right and the 4Runner has a bad front diff needle bearing, might see how bad a lease would be on a Sr5
