Mainly use it to tie down my fishing poles, I don’t like to just throw them in the back of truck.

I have only test fired them, I mainly purchased them for my drive home from work (2nd shift) to spot the critters running around. A couple of roads home don't have any streetlights and my headlights just don't cut it. Install wasn't to bad, had to get my son to help me guide harness through firewall otherwise simple. They are bright in my backyard!

I've only put coolers in mine, it is a solid basket and sitting on the heavy duty crossbars I'm sure I could load it down even more (website says the bars can hold up to 400 lbs). One issue I had is with the powder coating, it flaked off in a few areas, especially on the crossbars. I just sanded the areas and hit with some black rustoleum I had sitting around. Only other thing is there was a slight rattle going over bumps, I cut some yoga mat and put between the bars and the basket and solved that.
I'm happy with it for what I use it for, it does allow me to carry more stuff when we camp/fish.

Sounds good. That's exactly the same reason I wanted a set, too.

Thanks for the info. Looks sharp with that color Taco. Think I would like that as well with my white sport verses the matte black.

Removed the bedside decals. Hair drier is the way to go. Easy peasy.

Tacoma sitting in the hot sun works well too! For many of us though the time for that has passed until summer rolls around again. A hair dryer would have been my next best choice. My heat gun was my last resort had the sun not done the job. If you can mess up your paint job the heat gun if not use carefully will do it. My approach to most things is walk before you run! Keeps me out of trouble......,

Don't be surprised if ARB doesn't sell you anything at the Expo. (I don't believe they are there to sell product, but someone can correct me if I'm wrong.) But, as @cemented noted, Expedition Essentials has the caps (here). See if they (Jeff) is going to the Expo... if he is, have him save you one. If he's not, his shipping will be much less than $28. Enjoy the Expo!

I'm not sure I've seen a black 3rd gen on the road, ever. Love this ^

    Also, what trim is this?
