    So you want to add more laws limiting other peoples rights just so you aren't inconvenienced or bothered? o_O

    I'm sure your vehicle comes equipped with buttons to roll your windows up or down as well, which would solve your problem and still let other people continue to have rights.

    Their car has the same buttons too and it’s their choice to smoke and smell up their car with their bad habit. Just like restaurants don’t have smoking sections and you have to be x number of feet away from a public entrance.

    And yes, I shouldn’t be inconvienced by their bad habit. If anything, it’s common courtesy to not have their smoke drifting into my vehicle cause I want to enjoy the weather and fresh air.

    I’m sure we won’t agree on it but that’s my stance.

    I dont smoke, I just think its ridiculous to keep adding laws because something someone else does offends or bothers you.

    At 46 yrs old I am pretty sure I am grown up.....son, but hey if you want to live in a world where you are told what to do and think then thats YOUR right I guess, just seems pretty stupid to throw your freedom to do what you want out the window. Which is the point I was trying to make, had nothing to do with the act of smoking.
