Check your image, shows August 8th. And that's for a second flash license, not the logger / handheld which was October 10th. Which was confirmed to ship to you at the end of October.

Your original order which was not August 4th (and I did not call you liar) was for a second flash license to use your friends kit. Then you decided you wanted to wait because 1.05 was suppose to be out, but was delayed. I don't recall hearing from you any time in between up until we said we were working on handhelds. At that time, you ordered (pre-order) handheld + logger + $325 coupon for the license you already ordered.

At the end of october we emailed people, including you to tell them about the delay and option to switch.

I believe I posted here multiple times I am having some issues with packages going to canada, and had to do them in person a the UPS office, so I have a stack of tracking numbers to go through.

Because I am being so unprofessional, and you're trying to make it look like we have forced you to wait since august, here is what I am going to do. I'm going to refund both of your orders, Keep the cable, or throw it away. I'll eat the $170 bucks. No problem.
I even offered to ship one to your washington address because you wanted to have the address changed after we sent the box. And I had to explain to you that paypal requires, for seller protection to ship to the address the order was made.

So no problem. I tell people I'm having some issues shipping stuff to canada. I post here multiple times I had to do everything in person at UPS, and go back and forth with UPS over stupid customs forms.

And now you want people to believe you've been waiting this entire time since the beginning of august because of not having a tracking number.

So, I'm going to refund your order, do as you wish with the cable, and get tuned by someone else.

I am tired of being berated, attacked, harassed when I am trying to get to things as quickly as possible. I let people know ALL THE TIME we get to you as quickly as possible, we ship as quickly as we can. But to hell with such things as business hours, or weekends. Like how I went back and forth with you on Sunday night no less to explain to you I can't just switch around addresses if paypal requires it gets shipped to Canada.

 

I've kept up on this thread since page one, other than letting new buyers know to be patient and that delays can happen Im not sure what else they need to be aware about. I've never read about anyone else having a problem like you are describing. Let alone any major issue's at all.

 

Mat do NOT waste breath digital breath on this guy. We long-time users will and are going to continue to support the great product and service you have provided.

We await 1.05 with great faith in you and your company. You can't please everyone.

 

Wow so you actually have the time to answer me on TW but you can't even answer my last 3 emails? This is exactly the problem. Yes, please do refund me my order I will gladly take the refund, if this is how you treat your customers I wouldn't want to support your company. I had already stated in my previous posts my original purchase was for the 2nd tuning license AND THEN I upgraded to the handheld+handheld data logger but you some how forgot that.

I did decide to wait for 1.05 to be out but this was back in August when you told me it'd be out. I told you I cannot use my friend's dongle to flash because that would lock my tuning license to his hardware and this is why I went ahead and purchased the cable. The fact that you are communicating with me through TW and not helping me through the emails really shows how well your email system works I guess.

You confirmed the order was shipped but you still fail to provide me with the correct tracking number after 20+ emails with you, this has nothing to do with the speed of the postal system, either you provided the wrong tracking # or you shipped it elsewhere. You've provided zero solutions to my simple request which is a simple tracking # is all I was asking for in the 1st place. Anyways, I'll await my refund and I'm outta here!

And you would think that Canadians would know that there's a MAIL STRIKE going on right now in Canada!!!

 

It does have to do with the postal service since they provide the shipping and the shipping number. Did you take notice of what service the shipping number is from?

The postal strike is with Canada Post which is government operated. Mat uses UPS which is a private courier and they are not affiliated with CP... Also the strike is not an entire country on strike, it's a rotational strike which rotates province to province. My province is currently not on strike so...

 

Alright so for someone who isn't planning on reading through 30,000 posts, where can one find just the main points that have been made in this endless thread?

I just checked on google and there is a Canadian customs center in Quebec. Since the package is from out of country it HAS to go to the customs building which is a government operated postal building
