Have you fixed the rear U-bolt situation yet?

No, it hasn't been a high priority since I haven't been wheeling it. After talking with Eddy this past weekend, I think a u-bolt flip is going to be sooner rather than later, though.

Good because what line-x did is just plain scary and a U-bolt flip is cheap and give more clearance!

Probably get more use out of a rtt than a front bumper. You can get away wheeling w/o bumpers.

My thought exactly. I’ve made it this long without that “smoother” ride.

Yep the risks we take to have fun. But these experiences always make for better stories and remembering the time than something that went smooth as silk.

About to order some 886 coils to replace 885. Sliders didn't really make much difference with the 885s. But adding bumper, winch, ifs skid, and mid skid soon I'm losing too much clearance.

I almost got the 885 coils, but @Sandman614 told me to just go ahead and get the 886's since I planned to add the bumper and stuff later.

That's what I said to Randy.is some of my most memorable trips have been when disaster struck and had to change plans and the trip turned out to be more fun and memorable. The biggest thing I'm taking away from this trip is all the guys that jumped in to help me out!

Maybe if you work days. They make sure to close before 9 where I work. No one has time to get food.

Truf!!! That list is an ever evolving one for sure. But some of the guys I enjoyed wheeling with the most no longer own a Taco or a wheelable vehicle:boink: :anonymous::rofl:

Welp- I guess there are 3 of us getting coils! I plan to have my Icon 13” 650lb coils changed for 14” 650lb coils.

I plan to have less preload- for better up travel. I know they say “spring rates are linear” but ever since I cranked them down- (within Icon suggested limits) my ride has been slightly less plush. :(
