Well, you would have had it back in your account tomorrow morning but by making things even more difficult, I'm going to respond to the dispute and request you return the cable once it arrives. So you probably won't see your refund for about a month.
There really is no right answer, I say I will refund you, you open a paypal dispute anyway (literally minutes later). You say I dont respond to emails, yet I was up late last night (sunday) explaining to you why I had to ship to canada after you told me I was wrong, so I literally sent you a screenshot of paypals shipping requirements.
And then I offer to send you another cable, expedited to your washington address, just so you can get it faster because of postal issues that *may or may not* be affecting your area and you felt like you shouldn't have to pay the *maybe* 5 bucks to send it back. I would have had no problem paying for a label anyway. On top of trying to get us to switch the order after it shipped so you wouldn't have to pay customs / duties on the package.. Which I'm willing to bet somewhere in Canada that's illegal.

There is just no right answer.
You will get your refund when the paypal dispute is settled, which I have no control over. So probably 25-30 days. By your own doing.

Ok so what I will do is show PayPal the email you sent me of the tracking # you provided which shows the package is being delivered to the wrong address on the other side of the country, that is not my mistake. I can't even return the cable if it was shipped elsewhere.

I don't want your cable. I will now escalate the dispute to a claim with PP which then only they will decide the final outcome, thanks for your rapid response I think this is the fastest I've ever had from you.

I've got all the time in the world here, it's not about the $ amount it's about the principle and you need to learn how to treat your customers better. Your email provided me zero solution to my issue which was "was this item was shipped to the wrong address or did you provide me the wrong tracking info? If so please provide me the correct one" still no answer on that after over a week.

Honestly worst vendor I've ever dealt with, if you just provided me with a solution to my problem all of this could've been avoided. I even told you don't worry about sending a new cable to my Washington address I can just wait for the original one, problem is we don't know where the original one went and you wanted me to pay for return shipping on the original item when it wasn't even my mistake to begin with.

If you're going call me out at least make sure it wasn't your own mistake. Here is the proof of the email you sent me showing the package was sent to Nicolet, Quebec, Canada. I am on the other side of the country in British Columbia so if you're going to try and claim you sent me the cable, try again. Anyhow, PayPal will now take care of this and I'll wait as long as I have to for my refund. Thank you.

 

I mean...dude already rage quit once, that should have been the end of hearing about it in this thread.
