    What do you mean by weld it up?
    I bought the matching front and rear axles from an fj80 (i have the factory toyota elocker version). Im using stock housings with the fj80 4link brakes cut off and a set of leaf spring perches welded on. You'd probably need a wider after market housing and shafts for a second gen though

    Well, that's a good point. The manual transmission picks up the speed from the transfer case, so I didn't have to worry with that wiring.

    Your tcase, if still Toyota, will have the spot for the speed sensor.
