FWIW I requested 1.04r last Friday and got it this morning from Matt, the next business day. Top notch service imo.

4 wheel drive stores in Portland Oregon sell a unit that goes behind your instrument cluster for 230. You program it on your pc and then install it. With 34's my 27 mile drive to work was counting up 31 miles till I got it.
Chraper than the depreciation rate with tge extra miles.

Larger diameter tires will make your odometer read less mileage and your speedometer read slow.

@OVTune I have a request in for 1.04r. I understand you are very busy, would you recommend me waiting for the 1.04r when you have time to send the files, or should I just wait for the 1.05?

BTW I am at high altitude and have 285 tires if you still need any testers.

    I have 4A61
    Order # 3291

    Thank You

That was my observation as well as what the tire calculator implies.

His next thread will be something like this... So I traded in my 3rd gen today...

Or he'll make a new email address, new paypal account, new shipping address and purchase tune again bc lets face it. Without ovtune, this taco has some major issues.

I'm patient, I would like to have a tune again, after completing the TSB, the stock toyota tune sucks. My truck still drives though, so I cant be too upset if I have to wait.

That's odd. Most that get the update are happy with the results compared the the original Toyota software

I'm sure its better than the original software, but I was coming from 1.04, so its still a downgrade

Impressive. 21 pages of garbage to weed through since last night around this time. We seriously need a new thread. Just lock this one up and start fresh. All the "info" will still be here. But in the new thread, limit it only to OVT posts, kind of like an info thread.

I could see that. Now that you have the TSB done why don't you flash the 1.04R while you wait for the 1.05?
