Same procedure as removing bedside graphics should work, the newer the vehicle the easier will be to do.

Sand tubes as mentioned in earlier posts are about the best option you're going to find and laid the long way, front to back and on a bed mat they will stay where you put them. Not a whole lot of dollars but a whole bunch of sense.

She has a build thread and keeps the OP updated pretty regularly. The link is in her sig. If you're on mobile, turn your phone to landscape and you can see everyone's sig.

I like your experimental mind here... but I've read on here that it takes the truck longer than 1 tank to adjust to different octane levels, so any differences that you might see wouldn't be noticeable for another couples tanks or so

Really glad to be of assistance. Do me a favor though, don't just take my opinion on this level of care thing. Watch some YouTube videos, ask some more forum members here and just generally Google more about the subject before a final decision. You might find that I go way out of my way to care for my wheels and you may not need to do so much. The matte wheels look so much better than any other wheels in my opinion, the extra work is worth it to me. But again, maybe I do more than I have to...

Alright doll-face, c'mon and bore me!
Not to mention (oh wait, I guess I'm going to) that it's just not possible, in the real world, to maintain exactly the same conditions across multiple samples. Also, one reason why we have double-blind tests.

Back in the late 70s, during the "Energy Crisis", when gas prices shot up to less than a third of what they are now, a myriad of products came out claiming to boost your gas mileage. Most of the products had absolutely no basis in science. Might as well dance around your vehicle while chanting and sacrificing a chicken to the petroleum gods. ...and yet, many people did report gains in MPG and would SWEAR that whatever device they bought really did work. What was happening was that they, probably sub-consciously, wanted so much for their miracle device to work that they changed their driving habits. Slower acceleration from a stop, lower top speed, decelerating over a longer distance to a stop, etc.

Meh, I still swear my truck runs better after it gets washed.

I’m running AVID Front Bumper Guard with a 30” Baja Design Light Bar and two Baja Design Round Squadrons. Let me know if you have any other questions. I went with this setup for the clean look that goes with the truck lines. Plus I didn’t want to have to cut anything.

    Good morning :pccoffee: @Canadianguy91

After I started my truck, the Vehicle and was an option. You might be able to push the start button & turn the accessories... But for sure, it's available with engine started, in park; if you shift into gear most of the entune options are not selectable. I'd like to find away around this also, as the passenger is usually piddling with the map/blue tooth/etc.

Good luck, and let me know if you need anything!

    -Malcolm

In winter, I stash the dead bodies in the bed. They'll keep until spring when they can be disposed of properly. Works out pretty well.
