UCA washer mushroom

have has these on for about two weeks. Half way through my first decent wheeling trip, I stuck my nose in the wheel well just to give things a once over and noticed the inside washers are mushrooming around the frame bracket where the through bolt passes. I’ve never really had an IFS so I am learning what is normal and to be expected and what is not. Is this normal?
Edit: All bolts were torqued to spec, checked again after 100 miles and checked again at the end of this trail ride when the mushrooming was noticed.

 

Are these the washers that came with the JBA arms or thinner ones that you got to make install easier?

 

They are the ones they sent. There were two different thicknesses. Instructions said the thicker goes on the outside and the thinner goes on the inside. I did have to use a pry bar just to get the thin ones in there.
