    IT NEVER ENDS..........
    Based on all the other threads of guys using these racks with RTT it can easily hold static weight up to +\- 700 lbs so I’m not worried. Dynamic the shell and rack combo can easily hold the RTT while driving. The real question comes into play when the torque from off-roading hard and having it that high up and your center of gravity. If you wheel hard i would say a lower bed rack would be more ideal. But i habe Seen guys still wheel Pretty hard with it up there.

    Ok, so I'm an F150 owner (don't shoot me) and stumbled across this thread while looking for DIY Prinsu ideas. This is amazeballs...I would love to buy the sideplates or even the CAD file so I can maybe modify it (with some flush mount area LED lights). How can I make this happen?

    i bought some today from a local metal suppler, $57(cheapest i found locally) for a 1/4"x3"x144". seller told me they only come in 12' bars and will cut in half for me for free.

    Got the rack panels started!!! Used a cut off wheel to cut thr aluminum and an abraisive sanding wheel to round the edges
