You’re right. Even my doctor says that I might need to take a break anyway. I think I’m going to bail from this thread for awhile and clear my head - the anxiety is killing me. A healthy pause is in order.

I’ll be back in 20 minutes

Check out VMware Fusion while you're at it. I know it says somewhere that he doesn't support virtual systems, but I've been using a VM built specifically for tuning and have done the TSB with Techstream and the OVTune stuff with it with zero issues. You can build a tuning VM on Windows for free using Microsofts unlicensed distributions.

Seriously though, I totally get the need for CYA. I just like a little bit of C for my own A. Especially for the money.

I wouldn't sweat it one bit, it's untraceable for anyone, not even the dealer can see it's there. As long as you don't mention it to any of the people you don't trust no one will ever know except you, your wife and your therapist (they will both notice you aren't an angry SOB everytime you drive the truck) TOTALLY worth the price of admission

No Danastar cradles. Just ride rites mounted on factory springs. Just checked my bumpstops and they are still covered in mud so it must be the air bags smashing together when only filled 10-15psi. I just set them at 25psi left and 30 psi right. Sets the rear about an inch higher than the front and I'll see if they hit tonight driving the same route home. I'll pm you so this doesn't interfere with the OvTune Topic. Like I said before I'm sure 1.05 will fix it.

It's done primarily for emissions. First, it helps the engine warm up faster; which, is when emissions are worst. Second, it cools the exhaust gas which also helps somehow. Third, IDK? (Direct from Sweers.)

If the tune can pass emissions, why do they care if you have it? Just typical gubberment bs? I've never had to get a vehicle tested. Well, that's not entirely true, I did have to get my hilux or whatever it was tested when I was stationed in Japan. Forgotten all the details, but I do remember there was a bit where if they held a string or plumb-bob up on the fenders, if the string touched the tires you failed lol
