    Standard length is 60mm with 40mm shoulder. The shoulder was too long for mine and would run out of threads before getting the rack tight. They even sent another set to try with no luck. So I bought 55mm with 30mm shoulder in SS.

    Damn where did you end up picking up the hardware? Seems hard to find online might have to go to a specialty bolt store :facepalm:

    Ace hardware has a huge selection of everything including metric. At least here they do.

    The only crossbar that comes silver is the one behind the windscreen and you cannot see it unless you're standing on top of the roof rack. No one on the ground walking around your truck should ever spot it.

    I know you have your tent on top but if there's just enough room you might be able to do this

    But this would require you to take off your RTT. My buddy did the same thing with his awning and RTT on his 4th gen

    I had my awning directly on my rack and the zipper pull was too low. It would get closed in the door or rub on the roof and scratch the paint.

    I don't care, I don't want a silver one, I will know it is there and so will my OCD... So my question stands.

    if I want all the cross bars to match can I request all black Bars from CBI?

    @CBI Offroad Fab input?

    Ive thought about that as well, with the tent i should have enough space and offset some mounts with the bars to balance out to not use the same tent bars. I also added two additional bars so when i remove the ones perma-mounted to the tent i wont have to keep replacing.
    my paints so old and faded and clear failing already i wouldnt even notice.

    Closing the zipper in the door was the more annoying situation

    The typical 1/4" bolt, can't remember the height but it was a the same size as Prinsu sent out with the old tie downs.

    Here's the only picture I have that you can really see the awning. Passenger side

    IT NEVER ENDS..........
    You could make it work but would have to figure out a different mounting solution than what it comes with. Probably tnuts in the channels and bolt through rack with lock washer and washer plate to tighten up.
