No. You’re saying I think that my 35k truck should have what a 66k truck had. I never said that.

    Really thats pretty good though.

$40k in the late 70s is equivalent to $150k today. Real median home price today is $220k. So in nominal terms home prices have gone up 46% in the last FOUR DECADES. Thats really not bad at all, then lets look at NEW home prices which have a median of $330k today. Thats a nominal increase of 120% but considering today's building codes vs the late 70s I'd argue actual VALUE has gone UP. In other words a house built to today's code is worth significantly more than 120% of one built by 70s code, not to mention average home size is almost DOUBLE and property values are higher.

Looking at new home values adjusted for inflation its the equivalent of asking if I'd rather spend $330k on a 2,700sq/ft house built TODAY (average home price and size in 2018) or $200k on a 1,600sq/ft house built in the 70s ($200k is the inflation adjusted average home price in 1978 and 1,600 sq/ft was the average home size in 1978). Which one would you take?? I'd take the bigger, better, and brand new one for sure....

Can you read?? Or understand comprehension? I said it had a better quality interior. And in my opinion it is. Not that the dart was of better quality.

Can you “read/comprehend?” Before you throw those stones, is not saying better quality interior still better quality? Just saying.

Kind of late in the game but this could be caused by internal stress in the materials.
This could be caused by inconsistent material batch, ingredient proportions, pressure, temperature, etc.
My small amount of mold injection practice has taught me a thing of two
