Would I need to install spacers if I lifted my Tacoma (2012), 2" in the front and 1" in the back?

Depending on your usage. Majority members here do suspension lifts ie lift springs/shocks. You could accomplish this 2in lift with Bilstein front 5100 shocks set to the 2nd or 3rd notch along with either a 1in block or AAL in the rear.

So no spacers would be required on the swaybar or front Diff support?

I had to use spacers for my sway bar. Case by case basis on that particular issue as some has either removed the sway bar or doesn't have any interference at all. Negative on the diff spacer.
