    Ok, she's in pieces. Wanted to clarify as to the jumper - Since I'm not upgrading to DTRL as in your link, is it just a question of swapping the flasher part? That's it?

    .....and she's fixed! That did it. Hopefully we can add this to some database of knowledge - as this stumped almost everyone I asked. In the end, not that hard of a fix when you have the right information.
