I take it that you will be getting a pretty nice scholarship out of all that ard work too. You may be getting in as a Sophomore, but you'd be stupid to get yourself out in the real world after only three years of college. They'll be the highlight of your youth (screw high school), so make the most of it.

I'll be finishing up my undergrad work and heading straight into grad school for another three years of freedom. :D

96 CBR 600 F3. Picked it up just after my Junior year ('04) for $2500 with some damage, fixed it up, gave it a nice paint job, although I really wish I would have painted the wheels when I painted the rest of the bike. Sold it last spring and I really miss having a bike. If I hadn't just bought my Tacoma I would have been buying an 09 Triumph Speed Triple in spring.

I do, but I don't have any senior pictures with me at school. Maybe when I go back home I'll scan a few in...maybe.

I love the design of the Speed Triple. When I get my first bike, I want to get a FZR400/FZR600 then make that a trackbike and get a Street Triple or Daytona 675 for the street.

Triumph makes some damn good looking bikes IMO.

They really do. I really like the Daytona 675, but I'm 6'5" and feel way too big for the bike. I wish they still made the 955i, almost bought one last year but decided against it for financial reasons. I have loved the Speed Triples since the first time I saw one, and the '08 was the best looking one yet. The only other bike I might get is if the rumors are true and they are going to make a successor to the 955i using the 1050 engine.

Damn, I feel old. I wish I had rich parents....My rides in high school were a '72 Chevy C10 two wheel drive then a '86 Ford Bronco II and that was in Wyoming so getting around in the winter was good times.....

Not to rub it in socolax91, but read the line under my screenname....think about it.

Not to rub on you or anything but I saved 8,000 dollars for my 07'. Sold my 99' 10,000.

Then my parents said they would pay the remaining 7,000.

I'm not rich... I work for what I get.

Dude, you know you get a pass cause your truck is set up and badass, plus you have lots of lights so they will just blend in.
