The fronts shipped like in a couple of days. The rears took like a month or so to ship but that was a preorder before they were in stock. However both of my orders were stuck in limbo status for a while, didn't actually ship for a while after I got the tracking numbers.

...and check to make sure the breather isn’t clogged. It’s a cheap part that can cause a bunch of issues.

I wonder about the wind noise. I have to drive on the freeway to get to the mall.

It took me over a year to find this one. When I bought it, it had 60,000 miles on it. It now has 68,000. I’ve had it for two years. They are so hard to find. But it’s definitely worth it.

Finished the battery and Big 3 install finally. Yes, I got a battery with posts flopped around, didn't notice until I was home and starting to set things up. I didn't want to wait for another one so just worked with what I had for now. I'll get another battery with the terminals in the correct place later and redo things. That will give me an excuse to run dual batteries then too.

Well I haven't had a chance to really check into this any more, but I saw a post about a 3rd gen :anonymous: having needle bearing vibes after a lift. Started searching more about that and it fits my symptoms perfectly. Took it for a quick drive and as soon as I heard the vibes I shifted into 4H and immediately noise went away, shifted back in to 2H and noise was back so I'm leaning heavily that I've found my problem. Now to figure out the fix :fingerscrossed:

Looks like ECGS sells a bushing to replace the bearing and do away with it to fix the vibes. Anyone used that?

From what I've read its mainly just noise and doesn't hurt anything?!? Can't really believe that tho

I bet you $100 my truck has rust in the same spot. Water will always get trapped under the pinch weld from the rubber door seal. Sand it off, put some rust inhibitor, and call it a day. I believe Toyota puts grease in the door seal channel at the factory to combat moisture.

Shouldn’t hurt to seal the pinch welds with silicone.

Was always a bottom-list priority mod for me, but the eBay one was too good of a deal to pass up at $100 after seeing several others on here confirm their quality. I'll be installing mine this weekend hopefully.
