Cig Lighter Will tackle the Rear Locker Always On soon
    paint chips.
    soft brakes.
Rear locker isn't user friendly (planning on modding for "on always" when I hit the button)
No MP3- what year is this? (we're not talking about only BMW's and Mercedes here people. A trucks a truck, but would you want a cassette player in your rig now?)
Seems like it should get better MPG. As it is the V6 gets close to a V8 in MPG.
Bad Blind spots make it kind of scary to get used to.

I really actually love my Taco; which is the main reason I think about all the things I'd want it to have, if that makes sense.

Over all I like it but...
ipod interface... I put my own in
locking tailgate... still working on this
cargo light... I put my own in
better paint job... my f150 never wore away around the door jam
    sunroof... a nice option
at 65mph you can hear the wind through the back doors... WEIRD!

I finally realized what i like more about the older models: their wheel wells are round, not the funky shape the at the newer ones have. Toyota blew that feature!

I WISH mine would chip - that way I would know it's at least hardened! Mine scratches like undried paint!

Come on, Toyota - softest paint I have seen in my lifetime (and it ain't short!)

No diesel motor available. Better tires from factory, instead of Rugged Trails, which are decent but I spent 3 grand on an offroad package and I want the full package. I pod interface, Sirius from factory, umm thats it besides LED tails but they fixed that. Oh yeah brighter head lights, and a factory better looking roof rack. Disc Brakes!!! Power rear window, sunroof, umm thats it.

the rear view mirror is hight or smaller
sometime is hard to see people walk on (hill) the right side with the mirror.

navigation, ipod interface, memory seats, bluetooth, power rear window, locking gas cap, locking tailgate, gauge/screen to read computer data (distance to empty, mpg, instant mpg, tire pressure readings, oil pressure, tranny temp, etc etc etc), and all the other goodies

I wouldn't mind the cupholders having some kind of rubber friction insert like my Audi had. They allowed for an almost infinite variety of sizes, up to their limit of course, and held them perfectly secure and not a rattle to be heard ever.

Heated mirrors (the pfft "it's a truck" crowd can go suck it)

I'd love it if the ignition slot was a little higher on the steering column so my keys wouldn't dig into my knee, but that's been a problem in most vehicles I've owned.

They mud flaps are pretty lame, but I cut them down so not a deal breaker (obviously)

That said, I love the truck.

You know, the funny part is I know 2 people with full size domestic trucks (a ford and a dodge) that came with heated mirrors stock. So whoever thinks we don't need them "because it's a truck" are nuts, and obviously don't use their mirrors like most truck drivers.
