    Still sitting on the couch with Sciatica. Got a cortisone shot in the knee yesterday. Minimal improvement in the knee. Overall the pain is nowhere near as bad as it was over the weekend, hurt like hell, 9-10 on a scale of 0-10! Still can’t walk on it:( Trying to keep the narcotics to a minimum:proposetoast:
