Depending on what lights/how many you have it shouldn't take too long to get you fixed up with wiring. Enjoy your visit!

I haven't had a lease in a while so these numbers seem crazy to me too but then I'm also thinking(hoping)the deer they're shooting are bigger than the coyote sized ones I see around my house.

Gulf coast and east Texas deer tend to be smaller.

    Oh??

I don't know what "140 class or greater deer" means, but I couldn't imagine paying that kind of money to shoot an animal. That's just me though.

Can I have this translated, please?

    Oh??

    What the hell, Chad?

    Me either.

    Nor me.

I shoot pistols right handed and rifles left. Figure that out.

Drive up and down 146. You're bound to bag one with the front bumper of your car. Seen three this week already.

Meant “buck 342” as in the bucks these people are ‘hunting’ are just raised and managed pets. Not like finding a rare trophy in the wild. It’s something I never have understood and never will. Again tho, we have land and I never passed on a big deer cause his horns weren’t “140 or greater”. We just look at the age and size of the body cause that’s the part that matters.

    Ah okay.

I admit I'm ignorant when it comes to hunting, so I ask a lot of questions, especially dumb ones.

You’re not the only one. I don’t know the rating system like he said “140 or greater”. I understand that means big horns but I never learned how to judge what’s what.

It’s just a bragging rights thing for people.

None of this is hating on you @phillstill for the record. It’s just something I’ve never understood and I ask everyone who talks about it cause I try to get other opinions on it.

Easy, you go both ways.....

Most lefties end up with some level of ambidextrous due to just conforming to society.

I bat right, but throw left. When I picked up golf, I forced myself to learn right so that equipment was easier to find.

Simple, some are meat hunters, and some are trophy hunters, and some fall somewhere in between.
