lol i have been SUPER busy the last like two months on the weekend. helping people move, walking a shit ton at theme parks, working on cars. I weighed myself on monday and noticed I had lost about 10lbs. So now I just wanna see how far I can take it. And it served as motivation for my friend to make a small wager even if the prize isnt significant.

 

I JUST HAD ONE 20 minutes ago. They're so good.

 

I get it. I guess i need to have something to work towards to stay focused. I had a goal weight before i return to see my pcp. I’ve gotten there but trying to loose 5 more before the 19th.

Nice I've always set a goal weight and have never actually met it lol I'm about 9lbs away from where I wanna be.

Well. They started cracking down on efficiency tonight. Boss said he wanted 7.5 parts out the door a shift . Told us to figure it out.

I asked if he had any solutions as a welder ( which he isn't ) on how to squeeze 12.6hrs worth of work into A 7 hour shift with a 15 minute break in the middle

 

How does half a part go out the door?

 

Same way a full part does
