    CBI sliders, ADS extend travel with compression adjuster coil overs, 9” Bilstein 5125 rear shocks, Icon Tubular UCA, Alcan custom leafs, All Pro Apex bumper and skids, NWTI rear diy bumper, 295/70/17 Cooper St Maxxs and nitro 4.88s.
    If you ever plan to do trails...consider a rear locker. I use it on most trails. I ran Snake lake loop(by downieville, ca) last weekend up and it would have been a lot hard without it

    If youre gonna regear, do yourself the favor and throw a locker in there. Rear lockers are incredibly useful, especially for a new driver in the dirt

    Not needed though. Just learn to pick a good line.

    I've barely ever had a locker in my truck(s).

    They are very nice to have though. Something tells me he could spend the money elsewhere though and actually use it..

    I wouldn't mind bigger tires at all, I just have brand new KO2's on there. My rule of thumb for all vehicles is to replace tires every five years, so my truck won't be getting new or bigger tires until 2022.

    Would higher RPM's be an issue at all to the longevity of the engine and transmission? I'm trying to help my truck transmit power more efficiently, not the opposite.

    Any recommendations? I was thinking ARB air locker so I wouldn't have to buy a whole new axle housing. Seems cheaper in the long run.

    I would second this, rear is really all you’ll ever need. If you start rock crawling or something, then a front would probably be a good investment.

    if you aren't going to be wheeling it hard, you definitely don't need to be spending money on lockers, esp a front one. A rear one is good to have if you find yourself in a situation more difficult than you anticipated, but front/rear lockers would be way overkill for your needs IMO

    I have been running 4:30 with 33s for a couple years and I love it.

    Any objection to swapping an elocker axel? I know they might be tough to find, but you’re pretty entune with the used parts biz.

    Timmy even has a video on swapping an elocked rear into a 4runner if I remember correctly. Really didn’t seem too tough

    I'll be happy with a rear locker, now just the matter of spending money on a stock E-Locker axle housing, or just going for an ARB pneumatic system.

    I have the Auto. The Auto kills all your power and efficiency. If I had the 5-Speed, it would be a perfect match.

    theres some good rocks in CA to crawl on. If i need a front locker im pushing my truck too hard lol

    pick your poison basically. A lot of people talk down on the TRD e-locker but I've never had issues with it and I use mine all the time. The onboard air with the ARB would be nice, though. And you can activate it whenever....2WD, 4HI, 4lo...although you can modify the e-locker to do the same.

    No objection to an e-locked axle. I almost bought a parts truck two years ago with one, I just hard to turn it down because my HOA would have a coronary embolism if they saw that ugly thing in my driveway.

    I'm just seeing what's more economical - an e-locked axle and 3rd would run me about $1,000.
