    Just put a block on the jack and go from the diff. Or are you saying that it starts lifting the truck before it hits full bump?

    If it’s the second thing then you have some issues. With just the main leaf you should be able to cycle it freely unless you have bind somewhere.

    I always just flipped the ubolt plates upside down and it worked pretty good

    Yeah that’s no bueno. You could try that, maybe your slip isn’t enough but something may not be set right because that should not be happening.

    That shackle should be almost contacting the hanger at bump. I’m wondering if you set your rear hangers too far forwards or the front mounts for the lead too far back.

    This may be a dumb question but did you depressurize your shocks? If they're still pressurized, that could be contributing to the lifting before full compression.

    I spaced them according to dmz measurements. I hope that isn’t the issue... yikes

    Try taking the drive shaft off first. That’s easy and could possibly be causing some bind.

    Are your shackles hitting anything? I can’t tell from the pics.

    Not your issue but on mine they were hitting the bed and causing the same issue.
