Red Dead Redemption 2

Granted, I'm not nearly as far into the story as either of you. I'm hoping the relationship between Dutch and John becomes a little more clear. At this point it seems like John is Dutch's rotten son (Prodigal son for your Bible readers) and Arthur is the good son.

 

This RD story really tugs on the heart strings like the way The Last of Us did.

 

Well, my first run in with a grizzly bear was...unpleasant. Happened like 5 feet outside Watson's cabin where you get the gauge, so I had to ride back through the bear infested woods again. The semiauto shotgun kicks ass! ...Then back in town, RIPieces pupper. These game controls take some getting used to.

 

I love my pump action with slugs. I still need to unlock the semi auto one

 

Same. I blast them wolves now.

 

Go to Watson's Cabin west of Wallace station and trick Granny...or blast her. Semiauto is in the basement. I'm in chapter 2 and you can get it. and yeah, slugs are where it's at!

You can do a similar thing to get the lancaster repeater and the scofield.

 

I got double scofield revolvers so much better then the cattleman. I run express on those bad boys. I prefer the default repeater to the Lancaster which I also use the express rounds. I like the Springfield rifle a lot. I’m really deadly with non dead eye head shots though.

 

How / when do you get the dual wield feature? I pimped my scofield out and would love to rock 2 of them.

 

You get the 2nd holster after a mission in Chapter 2 as a gift. Won't go any further unless you want me to haha

 

I've just been doing a lot of side quests and random hunting, etc. That would explain why I haven't gotten a lot of the cool features yet.

All black, brass cylinders, hammer, and trigger. Rosewood grips and baroque carving.

Ever since RDR1 I've been looking at buying an actual scofield. The breaktop design just has me fascinated.

I want the Bandit gear but already unlocked the Gambler holster so I think I'll finish that set first.

I have two in gold. One with a long barrel and one shorty. The rate of fire is nice. I wish the volcanic pistol was faster. That thing is a beast.
