I just edited what I said since the text does specifically say that you are not liable if someone breaks into your house (unlawful entry) and steals your guns even if they were not locked up. All you have to do is report it within 5 days.

    (3) Subsection (1) of this section does not apply if: 11 (a) The firearm was in secure gun storage, or secured with a trigger lock or similar device that is designed to prevent the unauthorized use or discharge of the firearm; (b) In the case of a person who is a prohibited person on the basis of the person's age, access to the firearm is with the lawful permission of the prohibited person's parent or guardian and supervised by an adult, or is in accordance with RCW 9.41.042; (c) The prohibited person obtains, or obtains and discharges, the firearm in a lawful act of self-defense; or (d) The prohibited person's access to the firearm was obtained as a result of an unlawful entry, provided that the unauthorized access or theft of the firearm is reported to a local law enforcement agency in the jurisdiction in which the unauthorized access or theft occurred within five days of the time the victim of the unlawful entry knew or reasonably should have known that the firearm had been taken.

@Usethe2nd How'd I miss this? Didn't see the mention alert pop up.

Outside Polymer80 stuff, none of my suppliers carry 80% options.

So this is the only time I've seen JD in Cashmere referenced. I've never searched for them, talked about regearing, or even searched for anything related to diffs, etc. And yet this ad now pops up on websites. HOW THE FUCK DO THEY DO THAT?!?!:confused:

Looking to shed weight and don't really need it. Looks killer but overkill. Just added a winch and don't wanna crank my coilovers so that should make the addition weight neutral

Web browsers scrape content and look for things that match up to companies that advertise with them. Forums like TW cost a lot of money to host and the owners offset those costs by allowing spiders to crawl the pages looking for products that are mentioned and users to sell them to.

But shooting expert is different than safety and familiarity is what I was saying. Course of fire probably isn’t the same either per branch would be my guess. Sorry I hurt your feelers. :jerkoff:

It's a bit more than just hit the target down range.
Phase 1 goes into the safety aspect.
    https://www.military.com/join-armed-forces/army-weapons-qualification-course.html

And if you don't figure it out in phase 1, a dsg will shove that m16 so far up your ass you'll be spitting, and shitting, brass for the next week.
I seent it happen. A pvt swept his muzzle across one of my dsg's and it wasn't pretty. They probably can't get away with stuff like that anymore though.

I will agree, there are the fucktards that slip through who never really do figure it out.

It's true. Imagine what your ads would look like if we spent all of our time talking about dildos, midget-on-midget action, ticklers, sex swings, CBD oil, bongs, man panties, adult onesies, and KY Jelly.

Im going there on Saturday! Need to pick up a new scope for my 270. My GF drove by it the other day and was so excited to tell me about this store that she set a reminder on her phone, just to tell me there is a badass outdoor store in Fife. I never knew about this place!

And LOL at you guys talking about 1639 like it's the end of gun rights as we know it. You all said the same thing about 1491 two years ago.

Full disclosure: I voted against it because I think it's a poorly written law. I wish someone who actually knew something about guns (like one of the many gun advocacy groups out there) would come up with an actual common sense solution. When you refuse to admit your shortcomings and deny what's really happening, and instead fight every single option tooth and nail, you get regulated by people who don't understand what they're regulating. This is true for guns, and it's true for any other industry that puts its pride ahead of logic. If you refuse to regulate yourself, you will get regulated instead by someone with an ax to grind.

It’s against the state constitution, it’s asking you to waive rights in order to use a right. I’m open to have a discussion but a lot of these people who propose these laws put blinders on and don’t want anything but the eventual ban of all guns. Look at what happened in CA yesterday, there are already proposals for more gun control.

My brother-in-law is an OIF veteran. I've personally watched him accidentally discharge a firearm three times. I stopped hunting with him after the last time. Military service means dick when it comes to this because lots of people slip through the cracks and are still able to develop bad habits.

I see what they are trying to do with the training, i say Everyone who owns a gun should seek training. Should it be mandated though? No

And since we are having to do it now, i think it should be lumped in with getting your CPL. take a class, hit xx number of targets and show proficiency and get your CPL renewed
